As a Happiness & Wellbeing Coach, I use my unique blend of expertise in Coaching, Positive Psychology, Counselling Skills, Mental Health First Aid, plus my work as a certified Happiness Facilitator, I’ve got the tools and techniques to support you to thrive in every area of your life.

I've also spent 15 years working in marketing, before building my own successful small business as a marketing consultant. I know what it's like juggling multiple plates and hoping they all stay up!

My coaching sessions are designed to be engaging, uplifting, and fun. I’m not afraid to use humour to help you see things in a new light, and I’m always there to cheer you on and celebrate your wins.
